All the comforts of home in this centrally-located house. One mile to the interstate, downtown and Czech Village! The cozy main level has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, while the lower entertainment space is stocked with games, shuffleboard, air hockey and wet bar! Comfy queen beds in both bedrooms and a pull-out sleeper sofa in the basement for larger groups. Full sized kitchen with pots/pans, coffee bar and dishwasher! On-sight washer and dryer are also available. Garage parking is not included.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all used linens (sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers, bath towels, dish towels ect) into the washer and start the load. DO NOT wash down comforter. Do not remove mattress protector.
Trash bins are along alley. Blue bin is recycling and grey bin is trash, do not put anything in green bin
