House worked well for our needs

The house was very clean with plenty of towels for our group of 6. Very easy access to highway & locations we were going. My only suggestion would be to add a mirror in the bedrooms so people can get ready while sharing the master bathroom. We would certainly consider this house again while in CR!

This VBRO stay was absolutely perfect. The home was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Our family enjoyed every minute of their trip to Cedar Rapids. Great Stay

Host very good at responding to questions. Good location, grocery store about a mile away, quiet block. We only had 4 people in the house could have held more comfortably. If we are in the area will will want to stay there. Thank you Mark for a great stay.

Perfect for our family weekend

Great, clean accommodations! In town for the weekend to watch a baseball tournament and it was the perfect home for our family to meet, gather and spend time together. Plenty of space with two living areas and good size dining area. Kitchen well stocked. Nice carport off back with patio and tables. Very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Would absolutely stay again!

Great weekend with family

This house was perfect for us! Everything we needed was there, everyone said their beds were comfortable, and we never ran out of hot water! The location was central to everywhere we wanted to go. We were in town for a family wedding and had no problems navigating easily to other houses and the wedding venue.

Property manager easy to get ahold of through messaging. Had a good and easy experience. House was very big, comfortable, and a great neighborhood location. However the house was a little run down, nothing too fancy.

Comfortable home

We enjoyed our stay! It was great to have a livingroom area on both floors. The bedrooms were comfortable and we had enough space to spread out. Mark was very quick to respond to my questions at booking, and he remained in touch. We hope to be back sometime soon!
