Everything was ready and very clean. Although things looked sparse- I was surprised at how we had everything we needed. Lots of thoughtful amenities such as Kleenex, enough TP, trash bags, an Iron, spices, dishes, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher and laundry soap, etc. Didn’t have to run and get a thing.

Family Fishing Trip

We enjoyed our stay in Cedar Rapids. Parking was very convenient. The house was clean with an abundance of amenities, plenty of towels, washcloths, and hygiene products. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, coffee, pots, and pans. The beds were comfortable and our family really enjoyed the stay. We would rent again if in the area.

Wedding get together

Came together from four states six of us were under 35 so it was a great location. We spent a lot of time staying there just talking and visiting and it was a great set up. Mark was very accommodating with the grill.

Fantastic Location!

Walking distance to restaurants within the quaint Czech village. Spacious living room to accommodate five adults. Across the street from a golf simulator. Bedrooms well equipped for our group that included two toddlers. Would stay again!

Hurricane struck within 24 hours of checking in. The owner didn't bother to check in on our safety until a day and a half later. We had no electricity, no hot water, there were no emergency preparedness supplies available such as flash lights or lanterns and there was no means to cook as everything in the home was Electric. We had to borrow a barbecue in order to feed ourselves. I drove from California to Iowa to spend my granddaughters 21st birthday with her. The owner showed up the first night at 9:30 to take out the garbage. And then again like I said didn't see him again and he offered no help during the storm. The house was an older home and had character. However, the basement but we had to hide in during the storm was musty and smelled of black mold.

Best Stay Ever!

Just leaving now and wanted to write this before I forgot anything. We were in town to see our former billet son play hockey. The proximity to the ice arena could not have been better! In addition to that we were within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Unfortunately, the weather was quite cold so we didn’t take advantage of that too much, but the house was warm and cozy. Our group consisted of seven people ranging in age from 13 to 74, and our one year old husky. Everyone was comfortable and had a place to sleep at night. We cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner at the house and I couldn’t have asked for a better kitchen. We were able to sit around and visit, which is exactly what we wanted. The house was clean, well equipped and comfortable. I will absolutely stay here again!

Thanksgiving at Great Grandma and Grandpa’s

Great spot for overflow family guests and pets. Location is great, especially when we needed an afternoon outing to Newbo Market and Lion Bridge Brewery to give our hosts a break from the chaos of 20+ guests. Would recommend!
