It’s peaceful here. The house is clean and updated. It’s free of clutter. It has two bedrooms and one full bathroom. There’s also a washer and dryer for guest to use in the unfinished basement.

Please note: The stairs going down the basement is blocked with a baby gate for safety. Suggest being careful walking to the basement.

Guest have access to the whole house except for the attic and the garage.

There is off-street parking for a vehicle and on-street parking for two vehicles. Uber and Lyft operate in the area.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1) Put used bed linens in a pike in the laundry room downstairs. 2) Start a load of the used towels in the washer in the EXPRESS WASH setting. 3) Clean and put away dishes
4) Remove all perishable foods from the refrigerator. 5) Empty trash to outside bin 6) Turn off lights and fans 7) Lock all windows and doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

My wife and I wanted to explore a few attractions in the Cedar Rapids/Iowa City area over a 4-day weekend, and found this house to be centrally located. It was clean, well-kept, and was in a quiet neighborhood. The house was perfect for us and also would have been great for a family, a friend group, etc. Off-street parking was also appreciated.
