Our bright and inviting home has many features to look forward to! All three bedrooms have pressure-relieving memory foam mattresses and room darkening curtains/blinds for a great night's rest. We also provide multiple firm & soft pillows per person, extra blankets, charging stations, reading lamps, vanity area, full length mirrors and close access to our home’s two full bathrooms.

In our vibrant main living space, you will find comfortable seating with a 50 inch Roku Smart TV for entertainment and a lively formal dining room to enjoy meals with your friends and family. The fully stocked kitchen is complete with all essential cooking supplies like pots & pans, sheet trays, measuring spoons/cups, grilling utensils, serving dishes, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, air fryer, microwave, & dishwasher.

We also have a spacious lower living area and movie/game room to relax and hang out with family & friends. This space is complete with a comfy couch, 50 inch Roku Smart TV, bar space, mini fridge, microwave, and several board games to choose from! Sit back & enjoy a movie by logging into your own personal favorite streaming service. The popcorn is on us!

Our exciting outdoor area will capture you! It includes cozy seating under a pergola with privacy wall, gas grill, fire pit, yard games, yoga mat, outdoor dining table with patio umbrella.

2 min walk to Mt Mercy University.

6 min drive to St Luke's & Mt Mercy Hospitals.
10 min drive to McGrath Amphitheater & Kernel's Baseball

Other things to note
Security Cameras:
For your added safety, a Nest security camera/driveway light and Nest doorbell camera at the front door. They record both audio and video. There are absolutely NO cameras inside the property.

Early Check In/Late Check Out:
We may be able to provide early check-ins and late check-outs ONLY if our schedule allows. Please ask us when booking if it's something you're interested in. We cannot guarantee availability but try our best to accommodate our guests. Requests likely will not be accepted last minute because our cleaners are scheduled in advance and their schedules cannot be changed, but you are welcome to send a message through VRBO and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Laundry:
At this time, laundry is not available for guests to use in our home. There is a clean and safe Laundromat called Coin Kleen Laundromat (3232 Center Point Rd NE) across from the Blind Pig restaurant 1.3 miles from the house. Thanks for your understanding!
