Less than 10 minutes to bustling Portsmouth and 10 minutes to all the nightlife of Hampton Beach you will have plenty of options for dining and nightlife. We are undergoing a major renovation which will include a new exterior and deck, new kitchen and bathrooms . Also, all the furnishings and electronics, including 7 Samsung Smart TV's and a Sonos sound system are all brand new in this large, family friendly home. Enjoy gathering in the gourmet kitchen, complete with Viking stove, Thermador refrigerator, winer chiller, cooling drawers, Dacor microwave and warming drawers. Lounge in master bedroom and spa bathroom. With 4500+ square feet there is plenty of room for large families to gather. Enjoy the private setting and beautiful backyard. The bright and sunny third floor suite is great for kids! The expansive yard and outdoor patio and barbecue is perfect for family gatherings. All this less than 1 mile from the some of the most beautiful beaches on the seacoast.

Family get together for a wedding at Wentworth by the Sea.

The property was very clean and large enough for my family of 6. 2 of my sisters with their families or 4 each. There was 14 of us. We had so much space and did not feel we were on top of each other. A great time was had by all. Highly recommend. Thanks

House was perfect!

Everything you could ask for and then some. From the ease of checking in/checking out to the beautiful furnishings and the amazing outdoor space-perfection We had 10 people stay for our wedding weekend. There was PLENTY of space to spread out. Anne the property manager is one-of-a-kind. She was extremely welcoming and helpful and promptly responded to any questions we had. It really made our stay stress free. Highly recommend this property. We look forward to spending more time there in the future.

The house and grounds were fantastic. The house was unusually clean and very well equipped. Our dealings with the property manager during our week long stay were very good. All members of our family loved the house and grounds as well as proximity to the beach and have all asked to return.

Perfect Family Visit

My husband and I relocated to San Diego a few years ago and travelled back to NH to visit family and friends with our kids. This house was beautiful and perfectly situated to meet people out at the beach or host friends in. We had a wonderful stay and the host was so responsive and kind to any request we had. Check in and check out could not have been easier. I would absolutely recommend this property for anyone looking to stay on the seacoast.

Great stay at a beautiful place

This place is spacious in a beautiful park like setting but still close to the ocean.Perfect for getting my work done close enough to go to the beach for lunch.The furnishings are all new with a sea coast theme.Every bedroom has a new TV with Apple streaming.I loved the fully stocked kitchen complete with everything from a Viking stove to a kuerig cappuccino maker. Will definitely be back and bring my whole family.It will be perfect for our next gathering

What I love about the neighborhood is it is set on a quiet street next to over 20 acres of We loved this property because it is in a beautiful neighborhood on a quiet street next to 20 acres of conservation land but within a mile of the beach. Walk towards the water and you will find yourself surrounded by tree lined streets and old estate homes. This is an area like no other on the Seacoast. Unlike the high density homes of the Hampton Beach you feel complete privacy when staying at this home and walking the beautiful old New England streets around it. You will find frequent dog walkers and runners on the sidewalks leading to the beach and an amazing trail along the water once you reach the breathtaking ocean. The backyard is filled with trees and adjacent to Abenaqui Country Club. Every once in awhile you will hear "fore" from the backyard. If you are looking for the perfect beach vacation with New England charm this is the place for you.

What makes this property unique

This home has plenty of room to spread out inside and out. With 4500 + square feet of comfortable upscale living this is the ideal home for multi generational family gatherings. You can have a quiet conversation while in the front room overlooking the expansive front yard while a large group can be gathered watching TV in the family room or hanging out at the bar in the bonus room. Spend the afternoon on the deck overlooking the beautiful back yard. The kitchen is a chefs dream with a Viking Stove, Thermador refrigerator, wine chiller, extra cooling drawers for drinks, warming drawer, and kuerig coffee and cappuccino maker. If grilling is your fancy enjoy the new Napoleon grill on the deck. This place has it all and after a long day at a crowded beach this home will be a sanctuary for you.
