Great stay

Stayed in the downstairs unit last year-the upstairs has been recently renovated and it is very nice-3 full bathrooms was a great addition!

The house was perfect for our family. We had our two grandchildren and their parents plus my older son . Having 3 bathrooms was wonderful! Made things much easier. Great views from the screen porch out back . Updated and spacious. Kitchen well stocked . Centrally located and close to both pools ( amenity cards were included) . Prompt response when we messaged them . Wonderful trip and love Seabrook Island .

Charming Seabrook Island

Perfect Escape

This home is in a central location in Seabrook Island, one of our favorite places :-) it was well appointed, online pictures of the condo were accurate, and it was exactly what we needed with four adults and one toddler. The beds were comfortable, and the atmosphere was very up-to-date and happy :-) the kitchen had everything we needed, and the appliances were up today. we will be coming here again!

Family beach stay

This place was really nice for my family of 4. Our friends couldn't make it, but would have been comfortable for 8, as well. The place was very clean and seems brand new. The location is great as there's a short bike ride to the beach and beach club and shorter drive to marina/ off the island. Essentially located in the middle of the island. The property management group is great and responded quickly to all questions I had. We took advantage of the free bike through xplorie which was so easy to book. There are about 10 stairs to walk up to access the property. The only downside was the tenants below us smoked on their porch so if you were sitting on our screened porch you could smell it. They were renters, also. I didnt deduct stars because it really didnt detract from our stay. I would stay here again.
