Extra large windows to enjoy a panoramic view of the ocean from anywhere. Relax with a favorite book, soak in the hot tub, enjoy walks on the beach or kick back to take in the refreshing ocean breezes and those amazing views. Convenient to golf, shopping, great dining (within walking distance) and sight-seeing.

*Must sign a VRA and provide ID* no exceptions!

Other amenities include 3 decks with furniture, private screened porch/master bedroom, picnic table, dining room seating for 10, all bedrooms with TVs, TV/rec room on ground level with mini-fridge.

*Home is equipped with a Roku Streaming Device in the Living Room. You will need to bring your own user name and password for all streaming apps.*

Outer Banks Family Reunion

Loved this property and the first class renovations throughout the home both inside and out. Beautiful decor, new furniture, designer kitchen and ocean views from each patio and deck. Awesome home to share with family and make memories.

Wonderful Home

This was our 3rd time staying at this property and we absolutely love it! It's in a great location, with a public beach access almost directly across the street (it's one house over). There's no parking at this beach access, so only people from the nearby homes can realistically use it, which makes it less crowded. The owner is also wonderful. Great communication throughout the process and quick responses whenever we reached out. The home is in great shape and just received some upgrades in 2023, including new flooring throughout, an entirely new kitchen, upgraded TVs, a redone backyard, and some other smaller improvements. The driveway has room for 4+ vehicles, depending on their sizes. It appears that they are changing to Friday to Friday check-ins/check-outs in 2025, as opposed to the Saturday to Saturday that we're used to. We're not sure that will work with our schedules going forward, but if we can manage that we will definitely be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Needed a last minute rental and this one did not disappoint. Great location! We were able to walk back and forth from the beach with our grandkids and all our stuff with no problem with the beach access being across the street and one house down. Spacious eating area and open format with family area was great. Hope to rent again.

Our Vacation in Vista Del Mar

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third year in a row renting this house, this year the home had new owners. On our third day, the A/C went out on one of the levels. The owners were very responsivse, they sent an A/C company out immediately who installed window unit A/C's in the three bedrooms in that floor that we were occupying. The A/C company was back they next day and made the necessary repairs. Our Vacation was not interrupted! Thank you to the owners and the A/C company for the quick response!
