The house is less than 10 minutes from the CHS airport, Tanger Outlet Mall, the Performing Arts Center and North Charleston Coliseum. You are about 15 minutes to Park Circle and Daniel Island. 20 minutes to Downtown Charleston and 25-30 minutes to Sullivan's Island, IOP and Folly Beach. This property is very clean and the landlord is very responsive. I would have given it 5 stars but the train, military jets and airplanes make it very hard to relax at night.

Great house and location

This house is absolutely adorable! Everything was brand new. They had everything you could think of. This was our first time staying at a VRBO and I was not disappointed! Next time we are in Charleston, I will definitely stay here again! 5++++++ star!

Very clean and new

I've stayed at quite a few rental properties over the past few years, and this was one of the nicest and cleanest, especially for the price. Everything was new, clean and freshly renovated. The appliances and furniture were all new or refurbished. We had everything we needed in the home. The hosts were also great with communication and kept us informed throughout the trip. One thing to note though is that the area behind the home is very loud. There is an active set of railroad tracks that run right behind the home and woke us up almost every night going by. There is also an airport located right behind the home and the jets were also loud and ran at all hours. With a good set of earplugs (I used sleep buds), this place is pretty much perfect and I would recommend it.
