Tempe Oasis w/Private POOL Blocks from ASU Campus & Mill Ave

Super Clean New Home located in the Heart of Tempe, a few blocks from Arizona State University and Mill Avenue. Perfectly located to enjoy all the activities the bustling College Town has to offer. Whether you are a parent of a student, golfer, hiker, mountain biker or just want to enjoy the Arizona Winter this home offers you the cozy comforts, space and privacy needed for a relaxing desert getaway. Special Amenities include private pool, two claw foot bath tubs and a steam shower.
The space
Guests have access to our private Spanish style, three bedroom home and enclosed backyard with patio (overhead fans), BBQ (Granite counter w/Bar Seating), pool house with bathroom and salt water pool (no heater). Back yard has market lights and white lights wrapping balconies and tree. There are also shades above the pool so that there is always a lovely comfortable combination of shade and sun.
Guest access
Guests have access to our entire Home including enclosed, private back yard with Salt Water Pool (no heater). Home offers many high end amenities including steam shower, two claw foot bath tubs, chefs kitchen, and garage to store golf clubs, mountain bikes, etc. *Self Check-in

Tempe is a busy big little city. We are not far from all the activity, airport, train tracks, hospital which can create noise. Please be aware when booking we are in the heart of it all ❤️

The photos don’t do the house justice. It’s large, comfortable and has every amenity. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything one could need- including spices. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were soft. We appreciated multiple TV’s/ spaces so our group could split when needed.The back yard was magical- humming birds visiting the fountain while some sun bathed, some relaxed in the shade and some swam. Host was communicative and gracious.

We came to town for a concert and enjoyed our stay at Julie's house. The beds are comfortable, plenty of essentials. And the pool was awesome. We enjoyed the BBQ as well. It was pretty close to everything on our agend. Can't wait to stay here again!

Our experience here could not be better! The house was spotless, had lots of room and offered a very comfortable stay for my friends and I while here for a CrossFit competition. The host was extremely welcoming and left us a bunch of snacks/beverages to have while staying there. She also gave us lots of recommendations on places to eat and check out. This house has everything and more… between 3 showers, 2 nice bath tubs, a steam shower and a pool! Highly recommend.
