If you are looking to visit top attractions of Oceanside and Southern California, you will love our place. Right in the heart of downtown Oceanside, our charming single-story home is within a 10-minute walk of the Oceanside Pier, the beach, popular shops and restaurants. Our home is pet friendly. You can also explore San Diego and Carlsbad with plenty of attractions (Legoland, San Diego Zoo & Safari Park, Balboa Park etc.)

Your vacation starts with our fully furnished 2BR/1BA charming home. This home sleeps up to six guests with two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
First bedroom includes a comfortable king-size bed and the second bedroom includes a twin over full bunk bed and a trundle bed (1 full and 2 twin mattresses altogether).
Enjoy your breakfast or dinner in the well-equipped kitchen. A gas range, microwave and plenty of kitchen utensils make it easy to prepare home-cooked meals.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, Roku and washer/dryer.
Small pets are welcome (pet fee applied).
Parking for one car in the driveway. Street parking is available in front of the house. (NB: The garage will be converted to a playroom.)

I loved staying in this little house so close to everything! The home is maintained nicely and includes everything you’ll need while you stay. Downtown Oceanside always has something happening which can make it noisy and crowded, but this place is just far enough away from the hustle and bustle! Great place in a great place!

Beautiful clean home we enjoyed staying at. 10 minute walk to the beach. One thing I loved was we had absolutely NO issues with pests, which for me is a HUGE thing. The owner was easy to communicate with and check in and check out was a simple and VERY easy process. Also, if I had a question, I got a very prompt and kind response right away, which was VERY nice. This was our first time using VRBO, and that made this experience very enjoyable and pleasant for us all. Thank you!

The host was very communicative and quick to respond. We had an excellent experience with our stay here. Everything was clean and very kid friendly! They had toys for our 2 year old, even a push car and a small slide which was perfect for him! They also had a pack n’ play available which I didn’t know they would have, very convenient. When I mentioned it was very cold at night and asked if they had a space heater for the kids room, context our 2 year old can’t keep a blanket on. They went out and bought a space heater for the room. I couldn’t have asked for a more gracious and accommodating host!

Disappointing to say the least.

We were excited about the location of this home and the pictures looked great. We partly chose the property because it had a nice backyard area for our dog. But that's where it ended. The house smelled like urine, the shower was very dirty and we actually went to a friends house to shower. There is no AC, so we had to leave the windows open and it was very noisy. And the backyard was overgrown and a mess. I normally don't leave reviews unless they are extreme on either end, but felt is was necessary here. We only had to stay there 2 days as we were moving out of our house. Then we got a lovely charge for $200 for damage that we didn't cause. I wish I didn't have to leave this review, but wanted to give others the chance to understand what they are walking into.
