Park Shore Resort has all the amenities you could want with an on-site restaurant, Heated Pool & Hot Tub, BBQ grills, Tennis, Pickleball courts, Basketball, Exercise room. In the middle of Naples walking distance to numerous Restaurants & Shops within minutes to the Village Shops on Venetian Bay, Mercato, Waterside Shops, and of course Naples Famous Beaches.

**We would like to inform you the HOT TUB is currently not working and we do not have an ETA when it will be working again.**

There's parking conveniently located directly in front of the building.
No smoking, no pets.

Wander around walkways and wood bridges directly to the lush tropical gardens and gorgeous waterfalls. Park Shore Resort is the place you need to be for your short or long-term Vacation in Stunning Naples.

The resort offers free wifi inside and outside the units.
In the lobby, you'll find 2 computers and a printer with w/internet access. In addition, there's on-site, pickle-ball, tennis, a small fitness center, heated pool, hot tub, and 6 BBQ grills.

Also, we offer Pack n plays or high chairs at no additional cost but you must tell us in advance before your booking so we can confirm and organize these items.

Great rental

The property was clean, neat and offered several nice touches like some complimentary drinks, a few treats on the counter, some toiletries and necessities that were very helpful! Communication was easy, check in was easy and like that of a hotel. The unit is on the second floor but it was not a problem for me. Just know that the pickleball courts are not playable…the ball does not bounce in them. Given that fact…I would still stay there again because this property and owner were great! It is close to some shops, restaurants and a grocery store too!

AC didn’t seem t get rid of humidity Plugs for hair dryers on both bathrooms wouldn’t work the second week we were there

A quiet retreat in the tree tops.

My husband And I had the best time at this property. The place was spotless and freshly decorated. Its location west of Route 41 is a gift during peak times. The walkability has to be about 98: it’s close to the beach,stores,and groceries.The beds were more comfortable than the Four Seasons Hotel where we stayed in California last month. The kitchen is so well appointed we wanted for nothing. Josh left us welcoming refreshment and the basics were provided: laundry detergent, dish soap, beach chairs and towels. The shower heads and water pressure were better than average for Florida. The overall decor was so lovely: blues and whites with subtle references to the beach. The porch was great for sitting and looking out over trees and water and the landscaped grounds. There is Plenty of parking and a nice little restaurant as part of the resort. It’s a great stay I recommend it wholeheartedly. A+ thanks Josh

Construction Noise

We ended up leaving early due to the construction noise in the condo right next to ours. The saw and hammer were waking us up. The condo is clean and well stocked. The pool is nice
