This adorable, recently renovated cottage is located behind our other VRBO cottage (3290894). The fully enclosed backyard is a wonderful place to relax. Centrally located to all top attractions including Seven Falls, The Broadmoor, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, hiking and mountain biking trails.

Wonderful small cottage tucked away in a quiet Colorado Springs neighborhood. The cottage is conveniently located close to Manitou Springs attractions and Garden of the Gods. The property was clean, the bed was comfortable and the description was accurate.

We loved this quiet and convenient location. Our hosts were outstanding! We enjoyed the very comfortable bed for 13 nights. Two air conditioning units kept us cool during a very hot time in the mountains. The compact kitchen plus washer/dryer really worked well for us.

Place was adorable and perfect size for my husband and myself. Back yard was cute, even though we didn't get a chance to use it. The place was close to everything. We enjoyed the animals we often saw in the morning in the neighborhood. David & Karen were amazing with contacting us, they responded in the app and also made sure I received a text as well. Their communication was excellent and I appreciated the extra effort of sending a text, that was the best communication to reach us immediately.

Wonderful cottage located to many attractions.

The cottage had evrything we needed and more! Check in and out were a breeze The cabin was fully stocked with anything we needed and was conveniently located to many aof the sites we visited. We loved it and would stay again if we are in the area!

This was our favorite "small cottage stay" in the CS area thus far! Cozy, clean and quiet, but near everything we like to do. Love the decor and outdoor sitting area as well! We will book again!

The property is a 'mother in law cottage' attached to another rental property managed by the same owners. it is a very nicely appointed suite for two people, close to Cheyenne Canyon and about 1/2 mile from Broadmoor Hotel. The managers are very responsive to your needs. There is a coffee beverage station and a full kitchen with ample cooking supplies. I very much enjoyed my stay
