The Space:
Large three bedroom, two full-bathroom direct oceanfront condo in Ocean City, Maryland. The open living area features the living room with sleep-sofa, fully-equipped kitchen with a convenient breakfast counter and a dining area. The floor to ceiling glass doors maximize the views and natural light, giving the condo a nice open feel. There is a large balcony off of the living area and master bedroom that runs the entire width of the condo. This is a great place to relax, unwind and enjoy the beautiful beach and ocean views. The oceanfront master bedroom features a king sized bed, television and an ensuite full-bathroom. The second bedroom features a king sized bed and television. The third bedroom features a queen sized bed and television. The second full-bathroom is centrally located and easily accessible from throughout the condo. There is a second private balcony on the west-end of the condo that provides additional outdoor living space. This condo has been nicely updated, well maintained and is in good condition. Building amenities include an indoor pool, oceanfront sun deck, outside shower, elevators, game room, exercise room and two parking spaces. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations shall be in writing. Processing, management and credit card fees are non-refundable. Reservations canceled more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund less aforementioned fees. Reservations canceled more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund less aforementioned fees. No refunds will be provided for reservations canceled thirty (30) days or less prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be provided if Guest does not take occupancy of the Property. A transfer to another Property at Guest’s request will be treated as a cancellation. Reinstatement of a canceled Reservation is subject to an additional processing fee. The Reservation will be in effect upon receipt of initial required deposit payment and the applicable cancellation policy will apply at that time.
