Nice Location

The condo was as described & photos were accurate. We loved the location so close to the beach, stores & restaurants. Quiet location without much street noise. Even though it does include a washer and dryer, they are small and the dryer takes FOREVER TO DRY since there isn't a vent! It is hard to do laundry. There aren't any pot holders or dish towels included so hard to use the oven. Overall it was a comfortable place to stay and we enjoyed our week's stay.

Excellent Vacation!

Our hosts were super helpful and responsive. The unit was beautifully updated and spacious. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the amazing views of both the bay and the ocean.

Lovely girls week

Everything as promised…terrific

The condo was lovely with some nice extras like beach towels with name on it and other perks. The linens were there as promised, the condo was clean, the view was lovely and we had a great time. We would recommend this to anyone and would stay here again.

Excellent Condo!

The condo was awesome. Clean, plenty of room for everyone, excellent location right in the beach. The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare a meal. Very handy to have the washer and dryer in the unit. Loved our stay, will definitely go back!

Wonderful Stay!

Capri 1106 was very clean and very nicely decorated. We cooked quite a bit and the kitchen was fully stocked with pans, plates, kitchen utensils, etc. My kids enjoyed the fireworks from the balcony that Sunday. Thank you for letting us stay here! We plan to come back!

We enjoyed our stay! Close walk to the beach and centrally locatd to just about everything. Food Lion app and curbside grocery pickup came in clutch for getting groceries quickly and efficiently by putting an order in online on the way down and is just minutes from the property. Make sure you bring your own toilet paper and trash bags. One roll in each bathroom is less than sufficient for a week's stay. In my opinion, that should be provided. Also, an air fryer would be a welcome addition for the condo. My teenage children really liked the heated lamps in the bathrooms and now want one at home. Keeps you toasty when you get out of the shower. Our linens weren't there upon arrival, but a quick phone call and they came shortly after. We enjoyed our family trip!

Brenneman Beach Week

We had an amazing week, staying at the Capri room 1106. This is the second year in a row we have stayed here it is clean modern and this year they even left welcome gifts of an embroidered beach, towel and water cup. The condo has all of the amenities, is family friendly. And quite frankly, I think the nicest room in the hotel. I would recommend this over and over to anyone looking for a place at Ocean City and we will definitely be booking again for next year.

This is a family favorite

We have stayed here four times in the last three years and it just keeps getting better. The upgrades (new washer, slight upgrades to the bathroom) are spot on. Not sure if the main bed in the main bedroom is new but it was fantastic! I highly recommend this location, again!

Great location, super clean. Very nicely decorated and nice touch to have box of game room pieces to bring down to use. Only complaint was the hot water was an issue for multiple showers in a row, shower would turn cool so we would need to take turns when showering from the beach.

Nice Clean Condo. We had no Issues

We had a slight glitch with the access code when we arrived but after calling they straightened it out. Nice condo unit inside but we didn't use much of the rest of the property.
