The paint has barely dried on this stunning new home. You won't want to leave this 5 bedroom, 4 bath multi level house with a spacious open floor plan. No expense was spared and no detail forgotten. Family fun and Comfort were the priorities when furnishing this house. Premium mattresses, large comfy couches and big flat screen TV's in every room and hairdryers in all bathrooms! Game nights will be a blast with the pool table, ping pong table, giant connect four and classic arcade game. Take a morning bike ride on the boardwalk with one of the complimentary bikes. Your day at the beach will be a day at the beach with all of the beach supplies that are provided!! Enjoy coffee and cocktails from one of 2 balconies or head up to the top floor den that opens onto the rooftop deck with amazing views. You won't want to miss a single sunrise or sunset!! Private fenced yard is the perfect place to host a BBQ. Beach chairs, umbrella, bikes and 6 beach badges included. You will love your time spent here. Great space for the perfect beach days!!

Easy walk to the beach, with all the amenities. We had 3 families with teens and kids under 5 and we had a great stay!! Sunrise, sunset and Wednesday night fireworks, we had a great view from the rooftop deck!

Nice house, new construction and close to beach and boardwalk. House is nicely outfitted and kitchen is fully equipped to cook for a group. Good layout and lots of games provided. Including an old school Pac-Man arcade game. Cute backyard. Thank you!

Nice stay close to boardwalk

Really enjoyed our family beach trip. Walkable to the boardwalk even for young kids (age 3, 6). Enough bikes at the house (and locks) to ride in the morning for large kids & adults. Back yard and roof deck were both great for hanging out. Comfortable for our group of 4 families. Check in /out were straightforward. Thank you!

Beautiful home, great location

We did a family vacation with our adult children & grandchildren. The home is spectacular, newly renovated, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated with great amenities. Excellent location - about a 10 minute walk to the beach & boardwalk. House has several patio decks, and a backyard and billiard room! They also supply 6 beach passes & beach chairs w/ 2 umbrellas -- and a wagon cart to make it very easy to transport everything to the beach! We loved this vacation, and the hosts were quickly responsive to our questions. Highly recommend, no complaints!

Family Wedding Time

The property is beautiful and we'll maintained! Lots of room for all the guests. Open and airy, too. We had difficulty accessing the e-guide for all the information about the place so we had problems regulating the A/C and getting other information. The neighborhood is a little sketchy but seems to be in a positive transition mode. The beach is crowded here so best to get there early to claim a good spot. Boardwalk is close by!
