Laundry room attached. Incredible for a single person, couple, or family with someone working from home. 2 blocks from Rt 66 w/an abundance of cafes & local shops. 1 or 2 pets welcome. Enclosed outdoor space. No extra fees. Only requirement is you treat the property as you would your own.
