Located above Mission Bay and surrounding areas, the views are just superb. Looking out to the west you see the Bay, the Ocean and beautiful downtown San Diego. You can sit back and watch the Sea World fireworks from your living room couch. The home has been updated and furnished in a mid-century style. You have quick and easy access to La Jolla, Pacific Beach and all the beaches, restaurants, shops and bars that the area has to offer.



The Space:

The gourmet kitchen is spacious with lots of natural light, plenty of counter space and all new appliances. The dining area has seating for 8 and is conveniently located next to the kitchen.



There is also a breakfast bar for light meals or just keeping the cook company.



The living room has plenty of comfortable seating with a fireplace, large screen Smart TV and endless views.



There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Primary bedroom is very spacious, has a King size bed, Smart TV and ensuite bathroom.The bathroom has a walk-in shower and double vanity.



The three guest bedrooms share a bathroom that has a tub/shower combo and large vanity. The laundry room has large size washer and dryer and there is a ping pong table in the garage. The home also comes packed with all kinds of kids games, corn hole and more.



There is parking for 1 car in the garage and 2 parking spots in the driveway.



Guest Access:

Guests will receive a welcome letter with check-in details and lock code for their stay.

This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 people. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.



This home is pet friendly, however had a pet restriction of 1 pet and no more than 40lbs. There is a fee for any one bringing a pet. $40/Night

This home has 2 outside cameras - one is located at the front door and one on the far north side of the house where the trash cans are - these cameras are for security purpose only.

Early check in is a $25/Hr fee from 12PM



Late Check out is a $25/Hr fee from 11AM - 2PM
