We celebrated my 50th birthday here. The property was very clean. The pool was absolutely amazing ! The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi was a little dirty upon arrival. We cleaned out the filters and it was fine. The only issue was there was construction happening next door. Every morning after 8am, bulldozers and heavy machinery were outside clearing the woods for condos. You can hear the traffic from the highway in the backyard which took away from our Pocono escape. The house was amazing tho.

We had a very nice stay and loved how close the property is to skiing, Great Wolf Lodge and the casino. We had a very nice dinner at Smugglers Cove. The house is very spacious and is well stocked with kitchen appliances, cookware and linens. The house has an awesome game room and was enjoyed by all

Great space for a large group—our party of 13 had plenty of room and beds. The pool was clean, large, and a great temperature, and the hot tub worked well. Host communication was excellent, the A/C worked very well, and the game room and kids’ playset were nice features. Plenty of dishes and utensils, and checkout was very easy.There are several maintenance and upkeep concerns. The property is close to the highway, so traffic noise is noticeable at night. The grounds and outdoor furniture are poorly maintained, and the outdoor bar was unusable. The grill was not functional, which was particularly disappointing since we had planned meals around it. Water pressure was weak, and there were no kitchen towels, washcloths, flat sheets,paper products, basic spices, or firewood.Several repairs are needed, including a loose pool railing, damaged pool liner, broken door knob, torn screens, and other minor items. During rain, water pooled near the ping-pong table, causing two children to slip and fall. There are also uneven surfaces and exposed fireplace gas lines that warrant attention.Overall, we enjoyed the space and amenities, but the amount of deferred maintenance and upkeep issues should be considered when evaluating the property’s value for the price.

Amazining Poconos-trip

We had such as good time in poconos and staying at this place.We were group of 12 adults and 8 kids-family and friends.The house was better than we thought.I highly recommend staying here if you big group.

Great house

The house was great and location very convenient. The heated pool was an absolute highlight. The only downside was that certain things that are typically available in rental properties- like pool towels - had to be brought from home. But overall a very nice house.

Great experiences

This home is AMAZING! The host was very responsive to any of my questions and the house itself is perfect for a group. Lots of space and great amenities. The pool area was great for all our guests and the children loved the game room. A perfect location close to many excursions and restaurants.

The house was great for 8 adults, 3 of us are men. Everyone had enough space and yet we didn't feel like we were far apart. The bedrooms, kitchen and living room were clean. The hot tub was hot and operational. The one compliment was the bathtub/shower was a little small for the men. We also weren't sure if the front door was locked while we were inside. Overall the house suited our needs and wants. Hopefully we can book it for next year Poconos weekend. Thank you host for answering my questions quickly. Kerry

Camelback weekend

Great property! We had four families stay in the house for a ski weekend. There was plenty of space, the game room was awesome. The kitchen had everything you needed in the hot tub was a fun bonus! Just under 15 minutes to Camelback for skiing and tons of restaurants and stores around the corner.

Winter weekend getaway with friends

Came to the mountains to celebrate my wife’s birthday with a group of friends. The house fit us all perfectly and there was plenty of parking. House was so close to camelback so we were able to easily go tubing. Would love to go back in the summer/spring to use the pool next time!

Super Spacious Ski Get away

This place is incredible. We went with 4 families to ski at Camelback. Our kids had an awesome time in the basement game room, and we all slept comfortably in king beds. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and there was an extra fridge so space for all of our food. We loved it!

The property has ample space and is really quite nice. I would stay there again. The problem was that we had a mouse in the pool mid-stay and were not sure if we could swim. All we wanted was access to some test strips to make sure there was enough chlorine. After a message and a call, I did not hear back from anyone until the middle of the night with the directive to "use the skimmer."

The house was great, the main issues were the deck in poor shape, a lot of nails out which cause us injuries, and there was a hornet nest on the house which bothered us a lot. The house need to be maintained better, other than that it’s a nice location and a good house to stay. Good pool, but the owner won’t let you heat it up further than its agreed temps, which sucks if it’s a bit colder outside

Overall our stay was very good. The inside of the house was beautiful and very clean.It would of been nice if they told us the fireplace doesn't work. Also none of the batteries worketheremotes.
