This is the loveliest place ever to stay at the beach. Homelike, spacious, BEAUTIFUL, well equipped, lots of room for little ones (who loved the pool). The deck and patio are perfect for relaxing and conversation. I’d especially recommend it for a multi-family/intergenerational vacation. We all loved it!

Breezy, Comfortable, Adventure-Filled Vacation

The home was so clean with no clutter, and very well appointed. The beds were comfortable and the spaciousness of the rooms, with two living rooms and two dining rooms, was perfect for a multi-generational family. The back porch and deck gave us a lot of pleasure with sighting wildlife, crabbing, kayaking and enjoying the breezes. The short walk to the pool and playground made for easy gathering of kids and their “things.” The location is so close to a day in Rehoboth, Bethany, OC Boardwalk, and Assateague Island. The perfect vacation home for a family of multi-generations!

We are on a canal so you have access to the bay - you can bring your own boat, jet ski or kayaks. It's set up with two separate living spaces so you can spread out - can sleep 12 all in beds
