Owned by a large family including parents, 4 adult children, and 6 grandchildren. We love to share this beautiful house and community with families just like our own. We are originally from Pennsylvania.
Why they chose this property
We rented in The Overlook in July 2018 and were absolutely amazed with this community and the high-quality homes. Within 6 months, we had our own vacation home built on lot #1 at the waterfront right next to the community center.
What makes this property unique
Best panoromic bay view in the development. The house and location has everything, housing up to 10 people in a beautiful development on the bay but only minutes from hundreds of restaurants and activities and many Atlantic Ocean beaches.
