My husband made arrangements for me, my sister, and 2 daughters to belatedly celebrate my 70th birthday at the Lumber Baron’s Brush Park Mansion. Our stay was perfect! The home is beautifully appointed and a short walk to Little Caesar’s Arena where we took in a concert. The area between the Mansion and the arena was clean and felt very safe. The property was very nice and comfortable. Very clean and the plants were lovely. My only negative thoughts are on the fully automated messages. As someone who likes to plan, being given instructions hours before our arrival is too close for comfort. I do not want to have worry about recieving/reading instructions and all the property details while traveling. I sent a specific question to the host several days before the stay and received no response. The closeness to the arenas is ideal and I would absolutely stay here again!

LOCATION!

The location was awesome! Walking distance to almost everything. Lots of shops and restaurants to walk to and we were able to walk to the Redwings game as well. There was a parking spot for us and the building is safely secure. Would definitely stay again.

What an awesome stay! The king beds were comfy, the place was clean, and it was walking distance to everything we needed! The finishes are high end and it was worth every penny. Would definitely come back and stay again to watch Detroit sports (hopefully the next time they win)!

This place is well thought out, mindfully decorated, aesthetically pleasing, and welcoming. Considering the other rentals and hotels in the area in terms of cost, this place was financially comparable and in my opinion more for the money than surrounding rentals. We had a very positive experience.
