Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this down town 1st floor condo 5 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk, 1 minute walk to downtown Asbury Avenue Ocean City. 3 blocks from 9th Street bridge, making it easy to get to. The downtown neighborhood makes this is truly unique rental with more than just the boardwalk and beach to visit by booking this rental. Enjoy Johnny Be Goods ice cream a block away or walk across the street to the Fractured Prune.

Absolutely no Senior week.

Great location

Although the property is 4 blocks from the beach the walk is not bad, also wawa, starbucks, and some restaurants are all within walking distance and the neighborhood was very quiet and not crowded with crowds overall I would stay here again. Comfortable place to get away and relax.

Fantastic spot and location!

We brought our kids down for a few days over New Years. The location was perfect with the boardwalk and shops all right there. The house was beautiful, clean and had a great layout and space. The kids loved it, as did my wife and I. Would absolutely recommend this property. The hosts were great, answered any questions and left great instructions for check in and check out as well as recommendations

Fun OC getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. Updated and well-appointed. Perfect size for our group and great entertaining area in living room kitchen combo as well as beautiful front porch. Short walk to beach and everything you need is at your fingertips. Will definitely recommend and we hope to return!
