I am glad you enjoyed the property, it is indeed quiet save for birds and occasional howler monkeys. Thank you for understanding the AC, it was running before your check in, but as occasionally happens in CR there was a power surge that caused the AC to stop running. I do have a great responsive management team!

It completely met our needs and was a value. It's an older property, but it's in a great location if you don't want to be right in Tamarindo. The property manager was very responsive and helpful.

I am happy to hear that you enjoyed the property. Although it is older then the high tower construction in the neighborhood, it is certainly of better quality and finishes and only 10 units instead of 50 or more! Much more homey, and the pool is never crowded due to few units on property. Please come again to enjoy the location and value.

The condo was perfect for our group. We could walk to the beach and the location was close enough to walk to everything we wanted to do. The pool was a great addition and the gated community provided the additional safety we wanted. Great experience.

We had a wonderful stay! Easy to find, location was central to everything we wanted to do (surf, explore, eat, relax). The small patio pool was perfect for end of day transition as well. Maintenance company was responsive.

Great location, perfect size for our family of seven.Very much appreciated the well equipped kitchen, the outdoor patio was the best!!Unfortunately because of a miscommunication with our concierge we never got the bbq working..

I am pleased to hear you enjoyed the condo. We ordered a new BBQ and will have it by end of week. Who would have thought replacing a Weber BBQ with another Weber would take time. I guess that is Pura Vida. CR is lovely and still working on easy shopping. We now have great roads, and some big stores, buy the real charm is the people and the beauty. Love the life. Great place to stay!

Loved our accommodations! Having a golf cart was definitely important for getting around but we appreciated being a bit removed from the busyness of downtown Tamarindo. Nice to have a few restaurant options close by, as well as the market.

Fantastic stay

The property is perfect, off the main huddle of Tamarindo but a short 15 moon morning walk to fresh bread in the morning. It was comfort and very well equipped. Would go back anytime.

Wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Janet’s condo. Everything about it was absolutely wonderful and Janet was a delightful host very quick to respond to any questions. We loved the beach, the swimming pool, and the local restaurants! Will definitely stay here again!

Very nice comfortable and spacious condo across the street from the stunning Langosta Beach! Perfect neighborhood for our family to enjoy robust Tamarindo Beach and Town yet escape to a very quiet evening only a nice walk or quick golf cart ride away.This property was ideal for our family of 4, we will definitely book this again!

Wonderful location and amenities.

The condo was wonderful, worked very well for our family of five. Location is close to beach and walkable to town, a real plus for New Year's Eve. The staff was very helpful in replying to our requests for service. We will try to stay here when we return!

Beautiful villa!

We just left our villa today, it was a perfect stay and a great location! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend! The house is very spacious and the outdoor patio as well. We loved the outdoor dipping pool on the patio. Daniela and Janet are very accommodating and prompt with their responses!

Fantastic Beach House

This was the second year we stayed at Janet’s amazing property. The interior is spacious and clean, as is the pool outside. Beautifully maintained and a close walk to the beach and all amenities. We love our stay at Janet’s property where we get to watch the monkeys and beautiful birds in this wonderful landscape. Highly recommend this home away from.
