As you walk in, everything is on one level. The cozy living room welcomes you with an electric fireplace, a sofa that can turn into a bed, and a comfy spot for reading. In the kitchen, you'll find all the main appliances and a table for four.

During your stay, you will have access to the entire unit! This is a side-by-side duplex setup and the other half is rented separately with their own parking space, private entry, and private unit.

The Neighborhood:
Located in downtown Colorado Springs across from the police station, you are walking distance to delicious foods, drinks, and the nightlife if that's your scene! There are also scooters throughout downtown and the surrounding areas that you are welcome to rent for such great prices and you're only charged for the distance you ride them! So much fun!

Located about 1 mile away, there are 3 laundromats close by in case you find yourself needing to do some laundry!

Getting Around:
Located in downtown Colorado Springs across from the police station, you are walking distance to delicious foods, drinks, and the nightlife if that's your scene! There are also scooters throughout downtown and the surrounding areas that you are welcome to rent for such great prices and you're only charged for the distance you ride them! So much fun!

Other Things to Note:
For a seamless check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry.

We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

There are two separate units to this duplex setup. The other unit is rented out separately. There is no shared space--you have the space all to yourself.
The other half of the duplex is The Colorado Craft House!

Parking: There is a bright green permit with a yellow section on it in the mailbox out front.
