*Base rate is for 2 guests; each additional guest is $25/per night. Any on-site day-use guest who is not included in the overnight reservation is $25/per person/per day.
*NOTE: Hot tub is cleaned & sanitized between each guest reservation.
*Maximum number of people on site is 8 (eight), per City of Manitou Springs.
