Don't settle for less on your vacation! Stay in a spacious (approx. 4,500 sq. ft) oceanfront home designed in the style of New England with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The house is equipped with various amenities including free WiFi, cable TV, a fully-equipped kitchen, and an outdoor grill. The majority of the house boasts stunning ocean views, hardwood floors, and 10-foot ceilings.

From the images, you will notice that we have recently undergone/finished renovations in our home, including freshly painting the interior of the house, updating the hardwood floors, and completely remodeling the main bathroom on the upper floor. This exquisite bathroom showcases luxurious marble finishings, a spacious stand-up shower, and a relaxing bathtub.

Beautiful antique details, fireplaces, parlors, sitting rooms, huge living room, charming 3rd level look out, natural light pours in illuminating the high ceilings & oversize rooms. Incredible out door space, lush terraced gardens, tool shed, brick patio, steps to meander through the lilies. Sit on the front porch over looking the awe inspiring Atlantic Ocean and all it's beauty as the boats sail by. Front row to incredible sunrise & sunsets, screened in porch.

This home is on Brant Rock's "high road" and boasts commanding views of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy watching the sunrise from the large front porch. Rock Beach is a short stroll down the road or venture to the rocky beach in front of the home to explore and play in the tide pools at low tide. Beaches in area: Brant Rock Beach, Green Harbor Beach, Rexhame Beach and Duxbury Beach. Home is located in walking distance from many popular restaurants. We are also located 0.6 miles away from Peter Igo Park, which provides tennis, pickleball, basketball and volleyball courts. You can walk or drive, they have public parking available.

The house comfortably accommodates 10 guests in beds, and there's plenty of room for more if you utilize the sofas and foldout beds.

Our home also offers a decent sized driveway that can fit, at the least, 4/5 cars comfortably.

A beautiful house with amazing view. Perfect for woman’s retreat. Private driveway, Beds were comfy and plenty of space so that everyone could relax and not feel crowded for the amount of people we had. The host was extremely kind and I went above and beyond to accommodate us. Would visit again:)

We had 7 adults and 2 babies, the property had everything we needed. 2bathrooms were brand new and beautifully remodeled, ,the screened porch was great to sit outside and enjoy the ocean view.The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean. The house was built in 1800s so the crooked floors and narrow stairways added character to the home.

We had a wonderful time with plenty of room for the 8 of us. The house has a very cozy and comfortable feeling. Sitting on the front porch with our coffees in the morning watching the sunrise was terrific. My only suuggestion is that the kitchen could use a new refrigerator. Thoroughly enjoyed our week's stay.

We had a great stay. We were visiting family in the area so this was a perfect spot for us to book. Directions to the home, parking and how to enter the house was clear. Plenty of room for my family to spread out. Perfect table to play cards. We loved waking up with a view of the ocean - even in the winter it was beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay here in 2024. There were several nice improvements since then. The place combines incredible ocean side beauty with walking distance access to some good restaurants. Owners are always easy to deal with. We had a nice chat with Kevin (property maintainer) who told us about the history and the cupola.

Ocean front house for large groups

My group loved it here! We were looking for plenty of room, (has more than enough), very comfortable beds, well appointed bathrooms, decent kitchen, and the sunsets were outstanding!! Nice small town feel, safe, relaxing (we were there in March, it may be very busy in the summer). Very responsive host. I definitely recommend it!

What an awesome house for our family to gather in. We were in town for a funeral and our family needed a place to be together and grieve. The house was perfectly equipped, beautifully maintained and a large enough for all if us to have our space when needed.

When we arrived, the property felt unprepared for guests. Trash barrels were scattered in the driveway, the back gate was barely hanging on its hinges and left open, and several unfinished-looking items were left around the yard, including a pressure washer, lumber, an open grill with the propane tank off to the side, and overgrown grass. The garage that was advertised as available was filled with junk. Overall, the exterior gave the impression that projects had been started and abandoned.Inside, the house was clean, but it still felt rushed between renters. There was no house manual explaining basics like thermostats, TVs, or the washing machine, and no starter toiletries. Fireplaces still contained ashes, a wooden log was left on the floor, an empty fire-starter box sat on the mantle, and small leftover items like a Lego were still around. Pantry shelves were cluttered with a mix of useful and discarded items clearly left behind by previous renters.The home itself needs maintenance and TLC. Doors stick badly, paint is worn, and the porch needs refinishing. All bedrooms and full bathrooms are upstairs, accessed by two steep staircases. One staircase had a loose handrail that pulled away from the wall, which felt unsafe.That said, the location and views are excellent, and we did enjoy our stay overall. However, given the price, the condition of the property and lack of attention to detail left us feeling more like an afterthought than welcomed guests.

Good location, OK House

Spacious house, but a little dated. The location is great, but the beds were old, the house was not great during the heat of July and the AC was not sufficient. The doors were sticky. The kitchen was small, the appliances old, and it lacked sufficient cooking tools. The back yard was spacious but there were no places to eat as a group (there were three chairs at the outside table).
