Our 1816 home, was restored in 2016. It had not been a residence in 100 years. Enjoy the historical features of the home, along with all modern amenities. The location is perfectly located near all downtown restaurants, bars, and Rupp Arena. Also, close to both UK and Transylvania University campuses!
