House was just like the photos. Bedrooms were clean and spacious, had plenty of room for my wife and 3 kids. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked with towels. Really appreciated the labelling of the light switches, very underrated touch. Kitchen was very well equipped with dishes, cups, pots and cutlery...we did appreciate the welcome package...it can in handy. House was very close to the grocery store situated perfectly between the strip and Dollywood. It took us 3 or 4 minutes to get to both. Airhockey and Ms Pacman games were a nice diversion when the weather was rainy. Really enjoyed the house and would stay again. Thankfully didn't see a bear biggest thing I saw as a raccoon. As the title suggests there was a slight issue with the check-in process. The yale lock code didn't work (electrical problem) normally not a big deal. except we didn't arrived till after 9pm so we had to wait a little over an hour before someone was able to call us back. Once she called us back, she stayed on the line with us until we were able to get in the house. They had an technician come out the next morning to fix the electrical problem. So overall, not a big deal.
