The cabin was very clean and in good condition. We did run into an issue when we first arrived where the code from the website did not work but customer support sorted it out. Beds were on the stiff side but not too bad. The road leading to the cabin was steep and narrow right before parking but overall this was a very good area to stay in!

Location was convenient to downtown Pigeon Forge. Cabin was clean and had provided soap, paper towels, etc that wasn't expected so that was a nice touch and appreciated. Large spacious cabin, even though there were just 2 of us staying it was nice to have extra room. Hot tub was nice and we liked the screen porch. We had an issue with the door code not working when we arrived and it took some time to figure out. Customer service was friendly and helpful, but they should be given several access codes to avoid this in the future. Overall a nice stay with comfy accomodations. Recommend if you have a large family because the cabin is very spacious.
