Situated on the desirable North Cape, you will enjoy the breathtaking Gulf and Bay Views from every room in the house. Convenient to the State Park, an 8.7 mile Loggerhead run and bike path, shopping and local favorites for dining and entertainment.

TOP FLOOR This unique reverse floor plan showcases all the beauty The Cape has to offer. Here you will find the Kitchen, Dining, Living Room, Powder Room and Wet Bar- all overlooking the sweeping views of the Gulf and Bay. Enjoy the breathtaking views while cooking, dining, crafting cocktails, or while taking advantage of our gym amenity that is a tier above the standard workout equipment. Enjoy the brand new, sleek Tonal Smart Home Gym System, including free access to all the personalized features and workouts Tonal has to offer. The large deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico is our favorite place to relax on the comfy couches and soak in all the beauty! The well-appointed Kitchen features stainless steel appliances with a refrigerator, a gas stove and oven, a pot filler, microwave, 2 dishwashers, and a spacious pantry! The Dining table seats 12 with an additional 6 seats at the oversized kitchen island. The living room, sitting room, wet bar and deck offer ample seating for everyone to find their spot to sit back, relax, enjoy the company, tv, or the views.

THIRD FLOOR King Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3 are found on the second floor. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. 2 of these bedrooms have Gulf views with a large, shared deck and the 3rd Bedroom has Bay views. Just outside these bedrooms you will also find a Wet Bar with a beverage cooler and Coffee maker as well as the Laundry Room featuring 2 double stack washers and dryers.

SECOND FLOOR King Bedrooms 4 and 5 and the 8 bed Bunkroom Kids Retreat are found on the 1st floor. Again, each bedroom has its own private bathroom. These 2 large King bedrooms have Gulf views. Bedroom 4 has a desk for any remote work needs. The Bunkroom has its own living room with a 75” TV and bathroom. Each bunk is designed for privacy and has its own cubby, light, and charging outlets.

GROUND FLOOR On the Ground floor inside you will find an additional full sized fridge and all your beach/pool towels. Outside you have ample parking for up to 6 vehicles. You can fit a vehicle and boat in the driveway if needed. There is an EV charging station, Private Pool, (which can be heated for additional charge), Outdoor Private Shower, Temperature controlled Bathroom, Wet bar/Fish Cleaning Station, Grill, Fire Pit, Outdoor Living Space with couch and chairs, pool and beach storage room, and yard games. The Pool and Beach storage room comes packed with beach chairs for each guest, a beach wagon, beach umbrella, beach toys, and pool noodles. Beach/pool towels are also provided for each guest. It’s a quick and easy walk to the beach from the neighborhood boardwalk.

A Tier Above, which sleeps 18 is also offered as a "3 Bedroom Configuration," sleeping 6. In this option, the entire second floor (2 King bedrooms & 8 Bed Bunk Room Suite) is not available for use. When booking this configuration, the property is still yours privately, no other guests will be on property during your stay. The 3-Bedroom Configuration gives smaller groups the best of both worlds: all the luxury amenities, breathtaking views, and private spaces of the full home - just tailored for smaller groups. It's the perfect way to experience the elevated comfort of A Tier Above when you don't need the entire six-bedroom layout that sleeps 18.
