A great, Tahoe getaway featuring mountain-style ambiance both inside and out of this charming chalet. All the bells and whistles folks look for in a classic Tahoe cabin dwell within this home.

* 5-6 Person Hot Tub
* Parking for 2 cars maximum
* Maximum occupancy of 8 (kids 5 and under do not count)

• 4 bedrooms. You may not exceed maximum occupancy of 8 people not including 2 children 5 and under.
• South Lake Tahoe has highly enforced quiet hours of 10pm-8am. Please do not use jacuzzi or make any noise outdoors during quiet hours
• Max occupancy is limited during quiet hours.

No pets allowed - One thousand dollar fine

Note on cancellation policy: Please note that booking a visit to Lake Tahoe comes with some risks of guests wishing to cancel and receive a refund due to natural disasters or weather related events. Our cancellation policies are strictly enforced regardless of the reason for cancellation. If you need to reschedule your date, you must be in compliance with cancellation policy first. If there is a blizzard, road closure, fire, smoke, rock slide, avalanche and/or any other natural disasters, our cancellation policy will still be enforced as we cannot expect our property owners to be held accountable for refunds for natural disasters which are expected to occur in the High Sierra Nevada Mountain Range on a constant, regular basis.

WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE ALL TRAVELERS TO PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE TO ENSURE PROTECTION IN THE EVENT YOU FEEL THE NEED TO CANCEL FOR ANY REASON.

Cleaning fees also include: Maintenance, supplies, restocking costs. This pays for guest consumables (Such as laundry detergent, soaps, shampoos, starter set of paper towels, tp, etc. For longer stays, we ask guests to purchase). Replacement of items such as broken coffee makers, portable heaters, fans, linens, towels and more. Regular trash removal from bear bins to town dump. We ask guests to assist with optional checkout procedures that are very time consuming such as start dishwasher, wash a load or two of towels. While these procedures are optional for guests, they are highly appreciated to help save our cleaners time, particularly for our back to back turnovers which are very difficult in the Vacation Home Rental industry. – Thank You Lux Villa VR

Great family stay

Excellent stay just 10 mins outside of south shore in Meyers. Close to bike trails and hiking trails very clean and quiet neighborhood with great star gazing skies. plenty of games (pool, fuse ball, board games to entertain family too.

It's a great home to stay in. We felt the place was very clean and well stocked, especially the kitchen for cooking. The kids had fun with the gaming possibilities. Everything in the discription was accurate except the picture of the jacujzzie was a little misleading (it seemed smaller in person). The only down side for our trip was we found a few spiders in two bedrooms, but we would love to stay here again.

Listing did not explain that you cannot use the hottub after 10. Listing did not state that you can not have a normal voice conversation outside after 10. Apparently you can be fined a 1,000 if you talk in a normal voice outside after 10. You can be fined a 1,000 for silently using the hot tub after 10. Might as well not have a hot tub since you are here to enjoy Tahoe during daylight hours. Barbecue was here but didn’t work-could not reach temp of 150. Screen door piston was off and located at bottom of door causing tripping. Hot tub was listed as 5 to 6 man tub - not, max three people. Drain strip at bottom of upstairs shower was half off another trip hazard. Very disappointed. Not my idea of a relaxing vacation.

Our listing clearly states the City's Ordinance: • South Lake Tahoe has highly enforced quiet hours of 10pm-8am. Please do not make any noise outdoors during quiet hours or use jacuzzi. BBQ was working fine. If you contacted us we could have told you how to unlock the safety feature that gets set off on all grills once in a while if you turn on the gas too quickly. The fix is easy.

This was an older property, but pretty well maintained. It was clean and the towels were soft and absorbent. The family loved the hot tub and upstairs games. Most of the beds were comfortable. The king downstairs was pretty firm for my liking but my husband loved it. Great location! Only minutes to the store and a short drive to the beach. My grandson wanted to live there forever.
