Includes separate studio space (120 Sqft) that is a perfect getaway for reading and relaxing. The interior offers slate flooring in the kitchen, wood floors throughout the rest of the home, crown molding, custom paint colors, and upgraded finishes. (Will be remodeled in April 2023!) Available for mid-term or long-term rental.

As advertised, very comfortable, good location

The accommodations were just as stated in the listing. Very comfortable, very clean and functional for our family as we attended the UVA graduation. The location is convenient to school, stores and restaurants.
