The nightly rate is reflective of the vintage nature of this home. Please note: This property is in a quiet residential community and Folly Beach has a strict noise ordinance violation rule of 1 strike. Respect your neighbors, keep the noise down, and NO parties or events.

Vintage 2 bedroom 1 bathroom duplex home on Folly Beach. Clean, comfortable, and a five-minute walk to the beach. Conveniently located just a few short blocks from the beach and from Folly's famous Bert's Market; set in the laid-back residential Folly Beach community that's often referred to as "The Edge of America".

Furnishings in the home include a comfy leather queen size pull out sofa for added sleeping space, a flat screen TV and cool vintage artwork to play up our hipster vibe. The open floor plan invites use of the well equipped kitchen with updated appliances. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and has a cleanable filter, and a disposable paper filter can be used if desired. Both bedrooms have a king sized bed with quality linens, bedside furniture with adequate reading light, a flat-screen TV and custom furniture cabinetry.
Outside you can enjoy the spacious yard and front porch, and the beach access is just a few blocks away. There is also a preserved green space just across the street which runs parallel to the beach, and is a wonderful place to walk and enjoy the beach air.

We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee per dog: $125 up to three nights, $150 for four to six nights, and $250 for seven or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed.
This home is 900 Sq. Ft. This unit is on the ground floor.

Perfect location

I brought my 15 year old daughter and some friends for a short beach stay. This was the absolute perfect location with an easy walk to the beach, pier, shops, and restaurants. We loved the cute decor as well. We had everything we needed, the beds were comfy, and the place was clean. Loved this place and we will be back for our next visit to Folly Beach!

Perfect location

Adorable unit in a perfect location to the beach, shops and restaurants in Folly Beach - just a few short blocks from everything but far enough that you do not hear the hustle and bustle. The unit had what we needed, was spacious and the owners were very responsive.

Great place for a quick getaway

Love the place, especially all of the music decor! The only thing that was tricky was the sand issue with the shower. Maybe an outdoor shower setup would make this easier for guests to follow. Otherwise the place was perfect!

Everything you need, and close to everything !

This property is exactly as advertised, it was very clean on arrival, was well stocked with toiletries, easy to access through keybox. It is extremely easy access to Folly Beach and the surrounding town area with it just being a short walk. It has towel hooks everywhere, ceiling fans, a dehumidifier, and excellent AC, as well as nice flat screen tv's in every room. The decor is eclectic, and a mixed bag of furniture, but nothing is or worn out or in need of replacement. If I had to say something negative there are cracked and chipped tiles, but that does not bother us, and the cleanlyness of the place more than makes up for that. We stay in a few vacation rentals a year and this is one we would return to. Thanks, The Wards
