Loved this condo. Super spacious & good views from every room. Used the beach chairs that came with. Only issue was the shower in the room with the private balcony, brought it to their attention & they said they’d get it fixed. Other than that, perfect stay. Good price. Would stay here again!

We’ve rented this unit before and love the double chair sets on the beach as well as the seating on the patio. Perfect for a big family

We love the location & proximity to the beach. It is a short walk to the water’s edge! The balconies are wonderful with comfortable seating and a dining table! We have eaten every meal outside. Also love the three bathrooms- traveling with 3 children & 3 adults.

Many items and some furniture is worn, chipped tile in many areas, holes in the masonry on deck. No hooks in bathroom 3 for towels or clothes and no drawer/area for storing toiletries, not very clean looking rugs in LR/DR. Some pans in kitchen (skillet and bread pan etc) need to be replaced. No extra blankets and pillows, the existing are old and dated. And we had palmetto bugs in every room and on clothes in one closet which was distressing. The condo needs some TLC from the owner. It could be a beautiful condo. A great location But Kim’s Condos did a great job with the reservation and check in/check out process, we loved that and would use that service again

3bd, 3bath is nice.

Master bath bed frame is flimsy and makes a lot of noise. Mattress is good. Underneath bed is 2 inches of dust and shower had to be cleaned. Flap in toilet needs to be changed so it doesn’t continuously fill up.

Perfect host, property and trip for surprise 19th birthday for my son.

Last minute booking turned into a pleasant surprise. The unit was huge and exactly as pictured and furnished. The door lock pad stopped working the first day. The property manager (not on site) had someone out within 15 minutes and fixed. They were so responsive and friendly I was truly impressed with the level of service. The only change I would suggest, and only a personal preference, would be blackout curtains in the bedrooms. I will definitely be back to the unit.

Cleanliness

If a little more attention was made towards the cleaning between rentals it would be a great condo. Curtains outdated cushions on balcony stained. Pillows on chairs and throw pillows in bed stained. There was actually used soap in the master shower along with a big glob of hair. Comforter in master was wasn’t fresh at all. More attention should be paid to the condo especially with more summer rentals. I enjoyed my stay had to clean and sanitize before enjoying the condo.

The host was very friendly and responded very quickly. Check in was at 4:00 and she called and we were able to get in early. The condo was very clean and spacious. The beach view was beautiful! We had such a great time, I called to see if the room was available another night, so we were able to stay a little longer.
