About this property
Beautiful 2 bedroom first floor apartment in downtown Sandusky.
Ours is a beautiful century home now turned quadplex, once part of the Underground Railroad, with 12 foot ceilings and beautiful hardwood floors. It's our only mid-term rental property and we manage it ourselves with pride <3 We kept as much of the original character of this house as we were able to, while also transforming it into the perfect place to come home to after a long day.
There are also 2 beautiful outdoor shared spaces: a front porch and an upstairs balcony, perfect for people watching and enjoying a beautiful day in downtown Sandusky.
This particular unit is a two bedroom 1 bathroom which includes everything that you need. Two comfortable queen sized beds, air conditioning, blackout curtains, a full kitchen with all the cooking essentials, a hot shower, a dining room perfect for gathering, meals, or playing games, and a comfy living room for relaxing.
We have a 30 day minimum except week of the Iron Man, when it's a 4 day minimum. Photo ID and proof of employment required for 30+ day stays. We allow small, well behaved pets with additional cleaning fee.

Hi! I'm Page and my husband is Scot (: This is the only vacation rental that we own, and we manage it ourselves. I'm a teacher and my husband is a carpenter. This house just sort of "fell into our laps" and although it's had its struggles, I'm glad we stuck with it!
Why they chose this property
We love what downtown has to offer and is becoming. We (well, I....Scot took awhile) loved this home since I first saw it. Unfortunately the previous owner was taken advantage of by someone so it was in pretty sad shape, but it's been so much fun (Scot would disagree lol) bringing it back to life!
What makes this property unique
It's close to the main hustle and bustle of downtown businesses and nightlife, but still quiet. It's also right across the street from public transportation and 1 house down from a convenient store. Additionally, should you need more space for more people, you are able to rent both downstairs units, effectively doubling your space and sleeping quarters!
