Well kept ranch style house located 150 ft. from life guarded. Perfect house for guests with small children & elderly parents with 3 bedrooms 1 1/2 bathrooms. A/C units located in living room, master bedroom & dining room. Off street parking for 2 cars. Checkout time promptly @9AM. NO SMOKING /NO PETS

By renting this home , tenant agrees to leave premises in a clean & neat condition. This includes taking the trash out on the required days so that the next tenant is not left with full cans & no place to dispose of their garbage. Owner is providing pillows and blankets for tenant use.
