We invite you to stay in our private, remodeled guest house. It's an easy walk to the restaurants and shops on University Avenue, in a safe and sought-after neighborhood in Downtown Palo Alto.

The guest house was recently renovated and has a gorgeous bay window, air conditioning, two skylights, and a spa-like bathroom. We pride ourselves in keeping it absolutely spotless.

The studio cottage is 200 square feet -- perfect for a single person or a couple visiting the area.

PALO ALTO BREEZE HOUSE
Enjoy the guest house's bright, clean and minimal vibe. We've created a hotel-like atmosphere that has everything you need for a perfect visit to Palo Alto.

Guests rave about the large, serene shower with multiple shower heads and skylight. We offer guests blazing fast internet (800+ Mbps), a work desk, and a Herman Miller chair. We also recently installed A/C for your comfort on warm days. We provide a parking pass for free, unlimited street parking.

*** Please note that the guest house has a coffee maker and mini fridge but no kitchen. There are plenty of great cafes and restaurants walking distance on University Avenue and at Town and Country Shopping Center.

Quick trip to Palo Alto

My wife and I needed a place close to Stanford and Menlo Park for a family event - the property was perfect for our trip. Comfortable, clean, quiet and just a few blocks from terrific coffee, restaurants and shops.

Clean, convenient and cozy

Cozy space extremely close to downtown Palo Alto. Fantastic hosts, and a great spot with easy access to everything on the peninsula. Neighborhood is great, and check-in/check-out process was a breeze.

Great Stay!!

This cozy, affordable place had everything we needed for our stay. The location was within walking distance of downtown and Stanford University. The AC was great too. They provided shampoo, conditioner, charging cords, Keurig with complimentary coffee and to-go cups!

Quiet, safe, and well-appointed

This freestanding guest suite is in the back of a house in a very quiet neighborhood very close to downtown Palo Alto. It was a very easy walk from the Palo Alto CalTrain platform. The room is luxurious, and the hosts have included several comforts and conveniences for their guests, including a coffee maker, hair dryer, extra pillows, and excellent internet access via wifi. There's a roomy bathroom with a very comfortable shower. No train or street noise at all. I slept very well! The host was quick to help when I got slightly lost on the way. 10/10

Wonderful stay!

I LOVED staying in this little cottage. Everything was so carefully thought out and well-designed. The bed was really comfortable. The linens were lovely; everything was spanking clean. It was really easy to communicate with the host. The neighborhood is charming and QUIET and full of big trees and if you’re interested in early 20th century domestic architecture you’ll have a feast walking around. There are plenty of outlets and Wi-Fi that easily works and even hooks in all the places you would want them. Plus a large umbrella which was perfect in the rain. I love the desk by the window and would definitely stay here again. It’s indeed small and probably best for one person. As in the description there is no kitchen, but there is a little refrigerator and Whole Foods is about a six minute walk away so easy to have the (cold) food one might wish for. (Also a Peets right next door to WF). The one thing I was surprised not to find was a an electric water kettle, and some cups. I really would have enjoyed a cup of hot tea during the rain. (LOVED the little skylights w the sun coming in and the rain coming down.) All in all: a delightful experience ! An excellent retreat. Many thanks.
