Welcome to "Pelican on Sand Dune" an amazing cottage with ocean view & beach access just few steps from front door. Wake up to a beautiful sunrise while sipping your morning tea or coffee. Enjoy the view, the fresh breeze and the sound of waves crashing on the beach. This is a 2nd-row beach house with front-row view. Go thru the walkway over the dune, the beach will be right there. The house is nested in between 2 popular beachfront Grill & Bars just few minutes walk down the beach. Pet friendly (with pet fee of $75 for up to 2 pets under 30 lbs)
This 1600 sq. ft house can comfortably host 10+ with total 7 beds distributed in 3 bedrooms and a spacious loft. We also provide airbed for extra accommodation and a portable crib for your loving baby as needed.

Great spacious beach house!

We couldn't have found a better house! Steps from the beach! The weather was bad when we stayed but that did not stop us. The house was so spacious and equipped that we enjoyed every minute there. Will rent again!!!!

Amazing Host!!!

My family and I had to relocate for a week while our home was drying out from a horrible leak that ruined upstairs and downstairs areas of my home. We booked and moved into this beautiful home within 24 hours notice. Our Host was much accommodating and made this transition for us seamless! The home had lots of room, was beautifully decorated, a great set up and my family. I felt right at ease with the comfort of the beach lifestyle and gorgeous views! Wonderful deck with a ramp down to a grassy gated area where our 13 year old dogs didn’t have to climb the stairs!!!! Thank you so much for making this stay so easy for my family and I! I will definitely recommend your home and plan to go back, next time under different circumstances!

Impressed

Have never been to Texas beaches. Was most impressed with the beach home and Surfside Beach. Water was clean and waves so relaxing. Although we were third row we had excellent view of gulf.

Walking Distance to Beach / Would Not Stay Again

The only good part was the location. The dining table / chairs and living room seating do not accommodate 8-10 people. There are no beach towels or gear provided. The AC did not work properly, there are many significant soft spots in the flooring and the beds were hard. The neighborhood is not the nicest. The front door uses keys rather than a keypad. The grill is charcoal and is downstairs which is not convenient.

Fantastic place to get away

Highly recommend. The home is exactly as it is in the photos. Steps from the beach. We had everything we needed for a perfect long weekend. We will be staying again!
