Adorable private cottage. Bright and comfortable beautifully appointed. 2 bdrm, 1 bath full kit, Lovely private garden where you can relax and enjoy after a fun day at the beach. Let the waves rock you to sleep. Our Stinson Beach Seaside Village is a special beautiful place with close proximity to some of the best hiking trails. The Dipsea and the
Matt Davis Trail are steps away. Enjoy our beautiful natural surroundings, beach and gorgeous coastline. The perfect place for a memorable getaway!

The Space:
The cottage is lovely and newly updated. Comfortable and clean! Fully stocked with most necessities. Comfortable bed, down bedding and pillows. White beach decor and open concept kitchen/living rm. Two bedrooms 1 bath. Bdrm 1 has a queen bed, the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. The cottage is behind a private gate and fence where you will also enjoy a private garden patio and sitting area.Another big plus about this cottage is its location, walk everywhere and when you are done with your day you have a comfortable beautiful place to put your feet up and relax. Very important to know we cannot host gatherings or parties at the cottage. Also important to know for families with sm children Large glass door in bathroom, wall heaters which get warm to the touch as well as an Iron wood burning stove which also gets warm…our goal is to welcome everyone but you know what to expect when traveling with little ones. We have a strict no pet no smoking policy and can make no exceptions with either. Thank you for understanding and respecting our policies as they are in place for important reasons. While at the cottage we ask that you please help us with water conservation, we are all doing our share. A friendly reminder, Stinson beach is on septic, so please nothing but TP down the toilet and nothing down the kitchen sink. Thank you in advance for your cooperation. Guest Access:
We would like to thank you in advance for choosing our cozy cottage and for the opportunity to host your visit. Once you have been confirmed and your reservation is approved you will have access to the guest resources portion of your reservation and where you will find details re access etc. Check in time is 4:00pm and Check out time is 11:00am. We look forward to hosting you and sharing our beautiful village by the sea at the foot of gorgeous Mount Tamalpais.

The Neighborhood:
Our cottages are at beautiful stinson Beach surrounded by a national park and awesome wildlife. Across trailheads to several well known hiking trails such as Matt Davis and the Dipsea Trails. We are near Muir Woods, Tomales Bay, Point Reyes national Seashore, Bolinas, Bolinas tide pools, Mill Valley, Marshall Oyster Co., Alamere Falls…Enjoy a spectacular coastal drive along Highway One into Stinson. We hope you have the opportunity to experience its beauty.

Getting Around:
Once at Stinson Village because we are in the center of town you can walk everywhere. The beach, store, shops and restaurants are a quick stroll away. We look forward to hosting your visit.

Other Things to Note:
OUR CLEANING PROTOCOL
We want to be sure folks are aware of the cleaning products we use in case of allergies let us know prior to booking with us. We use the following recommended cleaning products; Lysol disinfectant, Lysol wipes, Pinesol, Clorox bleach.
After every check out our process goes as follows;
Cleaners open all doors and windows to create ventilation and fresh air
All linens are changed out for fresh clean linens and towels
All surfaces wiped down with disinfectant
All door knobs inside/out, toilet handles, sink/shower handles /kitchen fixtures, refrigerator handle, microwave handle, cabinet knobs, window cranks all wiped with disinfectant
All baseboards wiped down and entire place vacuumed and mopped with disinfectant
We take great care to ensure we do all we can to provide a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.
One last reminder with regards to our septic system., Please under no circumstances put anything but TP down the toilet as it will create a back up. No “flushable”wipes or flushable Tamp/sanitary napkins etc., no diaper wipes or paper towels, please Nothing but TP. Thank you!
