Located within the Palm Lake gated community, this condo boasts an amazing view of the Palm Trees, Swimming Pool and beautiful lake with San Jacinto Mountains in the background!!
The condo is a short 2 minute walk to the either of the 2 swimming pools.
The condo is located minutes away from the College of the Desert, El Paseo and The River Shopping strips, The McCallum Theater and of course there's golf, golf and lots more golf!!!
Palm Springs city is a short 15 minute drive away! Experience the Aerial Tramway, the multiple Casinos nearby and the famous Palm Springs downtown strip!
This one bedroom condo has a great layout with the living area facing the lake and the main pool!
