Not only will you be able to play multiple games and watch your favorite cable TV shows but you also will have the option to watch the hundreds of preloaded movies, watch Blue-Rays, or login to your own personal accounts on Amazon, Netflix and more. Free Wifi!!! There are also lots of board and card games and children books.

The new kitchen and dining area features a U-shaped kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The open concept home is ideal for families of up to six people or a small group of friends.

Never have laundry worries as this home features a standard size front loading HE washer and dryer.

The home features it’s own screened-in lanai with a heated splash pool. Our home is a short walk to the large Olympic-sized community lagoon pool and waterslide at the clubhouse.

3 Bedroom House: 3 Bathrooms, (Sleeps 6) Each bedroom has it’s own en suite.
Important Note - Due to the setup and furnishings of the bedrooms, a MAXIMUM of 6 is allowed.

Bedrooms: 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 2 Twin beds (bunk bed with pull out trundle)

Bathrooms: 3 en suite with one connecting to the main hall downstairs.

We don’t allow pets or smoking. No Visitors are allowed. Your reservation must reflect the actual number of people staying and coming into the home. We do not offer early arrival or late departure.For you safety and ours, there are exterior sound security cameras around the resort and at the home. Our home is located in a vacation community neighborhood. There is the potential for noise at different times of the day. There is potential for projects that could take place within the community or the surrounding area. This could be, but not limited to, landscaping, pool maintenance, home remodels, road construction or other project types not listed. If our home is directly going to be undergoing any type of project, we will update our guests.

After placing your reservation, you will be sent a contact form via a link. You must compete the link within 48 hours. You will be required to submit the names and ages of everyone staying at the home. A valid government issued drivers license from the person placing the reservation will need to be uploaded on the contract link. Vehicle information will need to be provided on the form link. A security deposit hold is required and will be released within 14 days after departure. If the agreement form is not completed correctly within 48 hours after you make the reservation, the reservation may be canceled. If the reservation is canceled because the agreement form is not completed correctly, or if the house rules are not followed prior or during the reservation, No refund will be issued. If the person who places the reservation is different than the person who pays for the reservation, the credit card holder must be a part of the reservation and stay throughout the entire reservation timeframe.

Rates are only guaranteed when payment is made in full and no alterations are made. Security Cameras are located on the exterior of the home. They collect and send video, sound and images. They are used during the remote arrival and departure.
