Direct Lake-Luxury Home w/ Dock Access – Reynolds, Lake Oconee- Near The Masters
Direct lakefront luxury with shared dock access — bring your boat or PWC, walk the boardwalk to the beach, and be just minutes by car or by water from The Ritz-Carlton Reynolds, and 45–55 minutes from Augusta and The Masters.
At a glance:
• 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sleeps 8 (2 king beds, 2 queen beds, plus a pull-out theater couch)
• True direct lake frontage — not “lake adjacent” like many nearby rentals
• Shared dock with ample space and frequent availability for your boat or PWC, including overnight and multi-night docking — a rare find in this market
• 10% off coupon at Young Harris Water Sports for all renters
• Steps from the Marina Cove boardwalk — walk, bike, or walk your dog straight to the Marina Cove Pavilion and clean lake beach, ideal for kids and dogs
• Just 8-10 minutes from The Ritz-Carlton Reynolds, Lake Oconee — by car, boat, or PWC — dinner, spa, or a round at their pace, without leaving the water
• Inside the private gates of Reynolds Lake Oconee; gate access included for your stay
• 45–55 minutes from Augusta National and The Masters Tournament
• Home theater with PS4, pool table, dedicated workspaces, fire pit, Weber grill
• 40–45 minutes to Athens/UGA — a strong pick for football weekends too
Golf at Reynolds and beyond...
As our guest, you won't hold Reynolds' private club membership privileges, but there are sometimes opportunities to arrange a round through the club directly depending on availability — just reach out and we're happy to help you look into it.
You're also not limited to golf within Reynolds. The Harbor Club, a short drive away, is a highly-regarded Weiskopf/Morrish-designed course that's genuinely open to the public with no membership required, and it runs special rates during Masters Week. Further out, Hard Labor Creek State Park, Uncle Remus Golf Course, and Little Fishing Creek Golf Course all offer additional public play in the wider Lake Oconee area.
Masters Week...
This home is an ideal base for your Masters experience — real lake frontage and dock access the Ritz-Carlton can't offer, at a fraction of the price. Masters Week is our highest-demand period of the year and typically books as a full week — we recommend reaching out early to secure your dates.
The lake, your way...
Take your paddleboard, canoe, or kayak (bring your own or rent nearby) just steps down to the dock. Bring your own boat or PWC and dock it overnight, for multiple nights — most rentals in the area can't offer this. Hop on the water and you're at The Ritz-Carlton Reynolds in about 8-10 minutes for dinner or drinks, or take the same trip by car if you'd rather.
The Marina Cove boardwalk winds along the water past some of Reynolds' most beautiful homes, ending at the neighborhood pavilion and a clean, quiet stretch of lake beach that's genuinely great for kids and dogs alike — whether you're out for a morning walk, an evening bike ride, or just letting the dog swim.
Inside the home...
Upstairs, an open floor plan connects a modern kitchen — white cabinetry, full-size fridge and freezer, dishwasher, and a coffee maker with pod or pot brewing — to a dining area with seating for the whole group, plus counter bar stools. The adjoining living room has a wrap-around sofa and a 65-inch smart TV, opening through French doors onto a balcony with a swing loveseat and some of the best sunrise and sunset views on the lake.
The upstairs Master Bedroom has a king bed, balcony access, a 40-inch smart TV, and an en-suite bath with a large walk-in shower, dual sinks, and a walk-in closet. A second upstairs king bedroom includes its own 40-inch TV and a desk nook with a monitor for remote work, sharing a hall bathroom with the same walk-in shower and finish. Laundry (side-by-side washer/dryer, fully stocked) is tucked into an upstairs hallway closet.
Downstairs, the main room is built for group time: a red-felt pool table, wine/beer fridge, dry bar, 55-inch TV, and a second desk with dual monitors, all facing the lake. Just off it, the third bedroom has two queen beds and its own TV, connected to a full bathroom with a private toilet room. Next door, a dark, plush theater/den has a pull-out sofa, a PS4, and a wall-mounted screen — a favorite with kids and for watching sports.
French doors lead from the main room to the back patio and Adirondack seating, a Weber charcoal grill, and a fire pit just steps from the dock — the spot for coffee at sunrise, wine at sunset, and marshmallows after dark.
Not “lake adjacent” — actually on the lake...
Many Reynolds rental properties are lake-adjacent or advertise “lake access” without being directly on the water. This home has true, direct lake frontage with shared dock access just steps from the back patio — the difference shows the moment you step outside.
We're a family of six (including Sherman, our mini goldendoodle) who love this lake as much as our guests do. Reach out anytime — we respond fast and want your stay to be exceptional.

The home was very comfortable, tastefully decorated, and stocked for everything you might need. We loved the lakefront view especially from the upper deck and being able to walk around the lake in the Marina Cove.

Why they chose this property
Marina Cove is a quaint neighborhood within the private gated Reynolds community. With both wooded and open grass spaces, the main feature of the area is the long winding boardwalk which boarders Lake Oconee. Our house has direct water front and the boardwalk and dock are just feet from our back patio. The neighborhood also has beach access to enjoy, as well as to swim in the lake, which is perfect for children and dogs!
What makes this property unique
Although many Reynolds rental properties are "lake adjacent" or have "lake access", those places are not actually "on the lake". To the contrary, our beautiful home features actual direct lake frontage, with available dock and wide access to the entire magistery of Lake Oconee. The difference between the proximity to the lake will make all the difference in your experience. Moreover, our house has been recently renovated and is modern, clean, and perfect for every occasion.
