The host was very responsive and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and in good condition. We didn’t get to use the pool. The pool was over crowded each time we attempted but looked very clean. Access to the beach was wonderful and very easy. The beach itself was a heaven, never too crowded and plenty of room. I would definitely stay again.

Amazing place!

This condo was perfect for our week vacation! The location was great, within walking distance to a lot of places. Also very close walk to the beach with your own private access. The host was great and very accommodating to all of my questions/needs and responded very fast! I definitely plan on booking this condo again in the future!

Great place!

Close to the beach, no road to cross to get there. Clean, spacious rooms, and great view of pool and a small piece of the gulf. Inflatables, chairs, cooler, and umbrella provied. Balcony is spacious. Close to a walmart and plenty of places for entertainment. Waterpark right across the street that is not part of the rental. Would stay here again!

Destin, Florida.Condo was on 2nd floor. Two flights of steps up, no elevators. Stairs very sturdy with hand rails. Condo had a very nice layout, balcony allowed a glimpse of the ocean. Kitchen included all amenities. Condo included multiple televisions, games and puzzles, books and some beach supplies. Washer and dryer was a plus! Broom, swiffer mop, and vaccum were left out for guests to help with cleaning up. Short walk to the ocean. Chairs were available to rent, but you were also able to bring your own with a lot of beach space to set them up. Pool was clean, and not heated. Parking available for 20/car per stay. Host answered questions and concerns.

Filthy, dated interior furnishings. No towels, no hangers. Broken blinds, broken TVs. No smoke detectors. Owners attempted remediation but maintenance created even more dirt and left nails and screws to step on. Rusted beach chairs broken beach toys. Balcony was filthy and had some wasp nests. While location is central, US 98 is busy. You cannot easily walk to anywhere. I would aboid this spot if you’re traveling with children.
