Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
The garbage dumpster is south of the pool area by the front lake.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The reserving guest must provide a copy of their government ID to the host within 24 hours of booking or the reservation will be canceled.
By booking, the guest agrees to all terms in the rental agreement.
May 15-Aug 15, no stays longer than 7 days allowed. Monthly discounts are offered for stays of one month or longer between October and April.
