Gorgeous view of the ocean just steps away-- this quaint beach bungalow has a full kitchen and laundry. Perfect for couples. Sleeps 4 comfortably Full size double bunk, queen bed and sleeper sofa. Beach cart, chairs, and umbrella available. Dedicated work space with desk and office chair. LGBTQ friendly. THE POOL IS NOT INCLUDED. Must be 25 to rent. No children under 8 unless preapproved by owner. Renter must be present. The cottage is centrally located and just a few blocks from aquarium, Jones Park, downtown Gpt. 2 miles to Centennial Plaza. Private entrance, designated parking, private fenced patio and deck with ocean view! We are less than a block away from city park with swings, playground, basketball courts, and a tennis court. No pets unless preauthorized by owner. Do not enagage the garage door hurricane bolts! these are for hurricane protection only!
