Worst experience in my life!!!

at approximately 2:00am, it began to rain very hard here in the city. As we are sitting in the common room area, the roof where it appears a sky light will be began to drip rain water into the apartment on our heads. It progressively got worse as the rain did not stop. Believing this is not a huge problem we started to get ready for bed. But to our surprise the bedroom on the left had completely been rained in, causing the bed and some personal items to get completely wet, and making the bed impossible to sleep in. After making new sleeping arrangements, we woke up to the apartment smelling of mold/mildew. This is totally unacceptable and unfortunate mainly because we have more days that we are scheduled to be staying in this space. No immediate answers or resolutions. We even had big Colombian roaches in our rooms. I have pictures as we Found a big one on our bed. I guess the roach wanted a visa to the USA .
