The location was perfect- we took full advantage of the near by restaurants. Our favorites were Pit Fiend, Call Your Mother, Mister Oso, Death and Co. And late night pizza at Redeemer! And then a late night soak in the hot tub. We will definitely come back and would stay here again 100%!

Hidden Gem

Quirky little house surrounded by bars/restaurants, including one just next door. What a great location. Lots of little "extras" provided by the host, which was very nice. Upstairs bedroom is a large loft, but no door (didn't matter for us). We visited during a crazy hot time, so didn't make use of the hot tub.

We were in Denver for several days. We were seeing a concert at Red Rocks. We had a great experience at the little block house. Tyler was very responsive to any question. His description of the property was very accurate. The location is great. Teenage and young adult children loved being so close to restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood provides much to do and great people watching. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I was celebrating my bachelor party in RiNo and a local friend recommended The Little Black House. I was a bit skeptical at first but once we walked up - I knew we made the right decision. The location is PERFECT, easy to find, parking all around, and easy access to get anywhere in the Denver area. Not to mention the house was in a wonderful condition and Tyler had stocked the kitchen with snacks and drinks! I really can’t express my gratitude for this place and my experience here. I’d recommend this to all groups looking for a fun place to stay with a lot of character. Thanks again!
