Communication with the host was one of the best I’ve ever had with VrboPlace was great we under utilized it, but there was only three of us could’ve hosted a lot more. Cute and charming for comeback. I’ll look this place up again for sure.

Perfect for families

Everything you could ever hope for in a VRBO and more, including a pool. The host was available for communication the whole time, the home fit our very large family, and there is a Publix in walking distance. Perfect stay. We will stay again if ever in town.

Great location in Winter Haven for our FL golf trip. House was spotless and provided all we needed for our stay. We had a bit of an issue accessing the property but Jon was quick to respond and let us in with quickly.

Absolutely love this VRBO! It is our second time renting this house and we will always rent if in that area. Very clean and feels like home. And walking distance to Publix. There are 10 of us and is a perfect fit for our family.

Perfect for large families

This property is conveniently located near shopping and our extended family! It had all of the amenities that we needed, was very spacious and comfortable and the pool was beautiful. My grandkids had a blast swimming every opportunity they had. Communication with the owner was very easy. Our family highly recommends this residence.

We enjoyed our stay. The layout is perfect for large families or multiple families. Everything was clean and as expected. Great location and the host was very responsive. The house was well equipped with anything you may need - especially scissors!

We had an amazing stay! Our group of 5 was visiting the area to watch our college daughters play softball at The Spring Games. Field locations were in Bartow, Winter Haven and one day in Clermont. The location was great! The pool and outdoor patio was relaxing and peaceful. Room were clean and each group had their own bathroom, which was a great perk! Close to Publix for our frequent grocery trips. Finally, the neighborhood was safe and a couple of us walked every morning at 6am. We will come back to this house again if our daughters play in the same area.
