This villa is great for families! Full bed and twin bed in the second bedroom making this villa sleep five in beds. plus a futon in the living area for extra guests!

Why bring all your beach stuff from home? Just bring your swimsuit and beach towels! We provide the rest including beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards, noodles, beach toys, and a beach cart to roll everything over the boardwalk. All conveniently stored in a beach locker beneath building one near the boardwalk. No carrying beach supplies back and forth to the villa!

This recently updated, lovely two bedroom, two bath villa is located on the second floor and our resort does have elevators. From this floor you have access to the wind protected sun deck. Your private balcony has picturesque views of the lagoon.

Living Room has new big screen TV and Roku. Dining table seats 4-5. Enjoy a lovely view of the lagoon while you dine!

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots & pans, toaster, coffee maker, blender, microwave, dishwasher, and all other kitchen necessities. (Coffee maker is 12 cup Black & Decker)

The master bedroom has cable television, Roku, ceiling fan, and a queen-size bed for your comfort. There is also an attached private bath with tub and shower.

The second bedroom has a double bed and an additional twin bed making it sleep 3 comfortably. There is a TV with Roku. Another full bath with a walk in shower is just outside the door.

And last but not least our beautiful beach! There is a private boardwalk over a scenic salt-water marsh abundant with wildlife including herons and egrets. At the beach you will find Coco's, the resort’s private cabana, with food, drinks and restrooms. No roads to cross and just a five to seven minute walk across the boardwalk to one of the least crowded beaches on the island. We also have a free beach shuttle that runs on a schedule in Spring & Summer!

Beautiful place close to the beach

Beautiful property and great host. We had some issues at check in and our host was very helpful and resolved things very quickly. The walk to the beach was beautiful and the beach gear was a plus with a locker located conveniently near the boardwalk. The shuttle was very helpful and Cocos on the beach was a great place for food and drinks. We had a lot of fun and we really were able to spend time with our small family during our stay. Thanks again!

Nice accommodations!

The property was very nicely decorated and worked well for my two college-aged daughters, husband and me. There were plenty of things to do, with three pools, tennis and pickle ball courts, a beautiful boardwalk over the picturesque marsh, and a wonderful beach.
